Chinese Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 pound package of coleslaw (or 4-6 cups shredded cabbage)
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1-1 ½ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds or mix of both
- ⅓ cup vinegar (white or raw apple cider vinegar)
- ½-¾ cup of monkfruit or allulose granular
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
Mix the vinegar, sweetener, bouillon powder in a jar and refrigerate until time to serve the salad. Toss cabbage/cole slaw with almonds and sunflower seeds. At serving time, pour the dressing on top of the slaw and mix together. Will keep for a few days.
