Services for In-Patients

Our Dietary Department makes quality and fresh meals each day for our In-Patients. Patients are provided a menu and are able to choose  the food they want based on their prescribed diet.  


Guest Meals

Patients may order a guest tray for family members for $5.00 per meal.  Arrangements must be made ahead of time.  Parents of In-Patients under the age of 10 are offered a free guest meal.


We feel nutrition is a very important component of recovery and optimal health.  We strive to give our patients quality, nutritious, great tasting meals to help their body heal and recover.


Our kitchen is staffed with a Dietary Manager and is overseen by a registered and licensed Dietitian.  Both have many years of experience and strive to make sure our patients and staff are getting the best nutritional options available. 


Gail Harrington, DM, is in charge of our Dietary Department.  You may contact our Dietary Department at  620-582-2144 Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with any questions you may have.
