📍 Position Summary
The CNA supports direct patient care delivery by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient status, and ensuring a safe, efficient hospital environment. This role is essential to maintaining quality care and positive patient outcomes.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding
- Obtain and document vital signs, intake/output, and daily weights
- Support safe patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and room preparation
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN
- Maintain infection prevention and hospital safety protocols
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health -record
✅ Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
