Movement it vital to our good health. This week we will be exploring different types of important movement!! It encompasses more than you would think!! 

The challenge this week is to evaluate and improve your own movements!! This is a “choose your own adventure” week!! You will choose how you need to prioritize movement this next week!! Give us a shout out and let us know what you will be focused on!
