Stress
STRESS. It’s everywhere. Some of us manage it better than others of us…but it affects ALL of us, and frankly, our inability to manage it well, is causing a lot of long-term health issues in our bodies, and in the bodies of those around us. In order to live long and well, we have to learn to respect that chronic stress is not good for us—on so many levels. Chronic, unmanaged stress takes its toll on our digestive system, our nutrient absorption, our metabolic function (blood pressure and blood sugars), our sleep quality, and our mental health. Many times, we aren’t aware of how stressed we are…and often times we have never been shown or talked to about ways to manage it better!! We ALL deal with this topic…so I hope to hear a lot of questions and chatter this week!!
