But the challenge unfolded beautifully with lots of information, questions, honest reflections, encouragement toward one another, and a sense of comradely!! My hope and prayer has been and will continue to be, that this space has been useful to help you understand more about your body as well as bringing you awareness to the ways that you choose to nurture or neglect your body. I have been personally nurtured by seeing your wins and helping to provide the information needed to make those changes possible. Thanks SO much for joining this challenge space!!
